Garrett McNamee joined Burt Blee in 2023. His practice primarily focuses on business and corporate law where he has formed business entities, drafted purchase agreements, leases and other legal documents, and has also assisted in the sale and acquisition of business entities. Garrett also practices in civil litigation with a particular emphasis on real estate and commercial matters.

Garrett graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where he was a member of the Dean’s Tutorial Society. While in law school, Garrett also participated in the Robert H. Stanton Moot Court Competition and was further selected for the IUPUI Pathways Program in which he tutored undergraduate students in a legal writing course. In addition, as a law student, Garrett served on the Civil Practice Clinic where he facilitated the expungement process for individuals with a prior criminal record. In fall 2021, Garrett interned on the Indiana Supreme Court in the Chambers of the Honorable Chief Justice Loretta Rush.
