Local law firm to collect items for Community Harvest

FORT WAYNE – Burt Blee Dixon Sutton & Bloom LLP is currently collecting food donations for Community Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Indiana.

Nonperishable foods will be collected for the nonprofit food bank which serves Northeastern Indiana. Now through September 20th, those wanting to donate food can drop off items during normal business hours at 200 East Main Street, Suite 1000 in the 1st Source Building and at 9809 Dawsons Creek Blvd off Dupont Rd.

Those wanting to donate should note that Community Harvest has a list of items needed most. These items include canned protein, peanut butter, canned vegetables, dry goods such as beans, pastas and rice, canned fruits, canned beans, canned soup and boxed dinners. Open containers, expired foods, homemade foods and items in glass containers will not be accepted.
