Eric T. Claxton

Eric Claxton joined Burt Blee in 2022. His practice primarily focuses on business and corporate law, banking, real estate, and estate planning and administration. Eric commonly handles entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and various estate planning documents.
After graduating from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Eric worked at a small firm in the Indianapolis before deciding to come back home to Fort Wayne. While in law school, Eric participated in the Robert H. Staton Moot Court Competition and served as a Dean’s Tutorial Society Fellow for two years, tutoring first-year law students in legal communication and analysis. Outside of the office, Eric enjoys golfing and rooting on the Hoosiers and Colts.
